In late 2019, Qimmy decided to break away from the large corporate company to start her own boutique agency, Qimmy Agency. With Qimmy Agency, she wanted to create more of a creative, honest, caring, personal, and hands-on experience for everyone, which was something she felt the big franchises and corporation real estate companies are lacking.
With a strong commitment to supporting the Landlords and tenants, Qimmy understands the value of property investment and aims to do all she can to provide each client with a stress-free and enjoyable investment that delivers a maximum return.

Jo Franks is the newest addition to the Qimmy Agency team.

She comes with over 20 years of experience in property management, servicing the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, South and Western Sydney, with a proven track record of dedication and loyalty to all clients.

As your dedicated Property Partner, Jo will be working alongside Qimmy Adam, overseeing all aspects of your investment property, including tenant management, and property maintenance and promptly keeping you always updated.
